AzeDer announces the launch of another registration to participate in the internship program in the European Parliament

Internship period: March-May 2014

Deadline for submission of documents: January 10, 2014

Requirements for candidates:

1. Young people completed Bachelor or Master’s degree abroad, including young people currently studying

2. Fluent knowledge of at least one of the English, German or French languages (oral and written) 

Those who wish to participate in the internship program shall send their resume (CV) and Cover Letter in English until January 10, 2014 to [email protected] e-mail address.

The internship program is carried out on a fully paid (accommodation and living expenses are provided), partially paid (only accommodation is provided) and unpaid (accommodation and living expenses are not provided) basis. Applicants are asked to indicate in the letter what grounds they want to pass the program.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the “Partner” International Dialogue and Cooperation Fund.

On the 10th anniversary of the death of our national leader Heydar Aliyev, a commemoration ceremony was held at the Heydar Aliyev Park in Sariyer Kireçburnu on 12.12.2013 at 11:00.

The event was attended by diplomats, businessmen, MPs, Members of AzeDer, representatives of the city public and leading media representatives of Turkey.

Participants of the ceremony put wreaths and flowers at the monument to the nationwide leader of our people.Opening the ceremony, Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul Hasan Zeynalov said that Heydar Aliyev, genius personality of the Turkic world, founder of the Azerbaijani state, devoted his rich and meaningful life to the welfare and happiness of his people.

Speaking guests stressed that H.Aliyev was a great personality, great leader and genius politician; they listed what he did for the people of Azerbaijan.

In his speech, AzeDer Chairman Rashad Abdullayev noted that December 12 was written in black to the history of Azerbaijan, but H.Aliyev entrusted us a country that is stable, constantly developing and occupies a worthy place in the world community. Rashad Abdullayev, concluding his speech with the words of H.Aliyev saying “Your pulse must beat with the pulse of Motherland”, added that we must work hard to protect our Azerbaijan and develop our youth day by day.

The event on internship opportunities in international organizations, as well as the presentation of the “Partner Fund” was held in the European Parliament with the organizational support of AzeDer. The event was attended by members of the European Parliament and Azerbaijani youth interned here.

It should be noted that as a result of AzeDer’s efforts, nearly 20 of our compatriots have been interned in this organization. Our projects will continue in the future.


Dear students, AZEDER Announces Scholarship Program for Azerbaijani students studying in Turkey. According to the program, our compatriots studying in Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees, as well as in the field of medicine, will be given a periodical scholarship at various universities in Turkey. Scholarships will begin to be awarded from the 2nd semester of the ongoing education year. For more students to benefit from the program, each student can only qualify for a one-time (semester) scholarship.

For applications, students studying in Istanbul should submit documents to AZEDER office personally. Students studying in other cities should submit their documents to the AZEDER representative in the following list.

Terms of application:

– To be a citizen of Azerbaijan,

– To continue education in any university of the Republic of Turkey.

Required documents:

– Copy of passport,

– Document confirming the studentship (student certificate),

– Transcript (not refer to the 1st grade),

– Resume (CV) with a photo.

Scholarship Period: One Semester

Scholarship amount: 200 TL (monthly)
