Scope of work: Assistant in the Production Planning / Production Management

Works to be done:

– Supporting  production manager in the daily production planning system (PPS) of product planning and control system operations

– Structuring of basic data, maintenance and control of basic data

– Automatic identification and reporting of production and indicators

Requirements:

– Student of the Faculty of Business Administration, Business Data Administration and Engineering Management 

– To have possible experience in this field during the education period

– To know MS Office at a good level and to have the PPS-system experience

– Knowledge of good level written and oral German

– High level of commitment to work

– Independent decision making skills and analytical thinking

Internship period: 3 months (December, January, February)

Internship location: Rheinau, Germany

On October 28, 2014, a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) was signed between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Centre for the Development of Human Capital in Istanbul. 

According to the memorandum, agreements were reached between the parties under the titles of assistance of students going to Turkey for the first time to get acquainted with educational institutions and dormitories, implementation of activities aimed at attracting Azerbaijani youth to professional experience, admission process to the “State program on education of Azerbaijani youth in foreign countries in 2007-2015” (interview) process. The memorandum was signed by Najiba Nasibova, Education advisor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Turkey and Abbas Mammadov, Deputy Chairman of the Center for Development of Human Capital in Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that about 8000 Azerbaijani students are currently studying in Turkey. In order for all students to join and operate in a single network, representatives of INDEX are operating in 45 cities of Turkey.

On October 29, a meeting was held with the students studying in Istanbul with the Educational advisor of the Embassy of Azerbaijan, Najiba Nasibova. The problems faced by the students were voiced at the meeting, proposals and new projects were expressed. Education Advisor Najiba Nasibova, in turn, listened to the proposals and said that steps would be taken to restructure them. At the same time, the students were informed about the internship program project implemented by theINDEX and they were told that such projects were prepared to support their personal career development. INDEX over the past year managed to send our more than 100 young people to the world’s leading companies and international organizations.

Scope of work: Sales (Eastern Europe)

Works to be done:

– To actively support the sales department staff in daily work with customer inquiries and orders

– To support the department of planning and implementation of marketing and PR activities, especially in the implementation of market research, market analysis and preparation of sales promotion documents

– To support and follow up the development of current projects

– Updating and examining the data

– Editing of surveys

Requirements:

– Business organization and management or similar faculty student

– To be interested in technical products and international sales

– Good level of written and verbal knowledge of English and Russian languages (other languages preferred)

– Computer and Internet information (MS Office applications)

– Experience in the sales area can be considered an advantage

– High level of commitment to work

– Independent decision making skills and analytical thinking

Internship period: 3 months (December, January, February)

Internship location: Kehl, Germany

On October 30, the Index General Coordinator Elchin Aliyev together with the Deputy of Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ganira Pashayeva and Education Advisor of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkey Najiba Nasibova visited Sakarya city with the aim of participating in the event entitled “Independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan” organized by the Azerbaijan Students Community of Sakarya University. 

During the visit, the meeting was held with the Mayor of Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Zeki Tuçoğlu, Sakarya Governor Huseyin Avni Coş and Vice-Rector of Sakarya University, Prof. Dr. Musa Eken.

During the meetings, it was mentioned that Azerbaijan-Turkey are brotherly countries, and as a result of this, more than 8000 Azerbaijani young people were educated in Turkey.

Emphasizing the education of more than 400 students at Sakarya University, the guests thanked state officials and the University administration for their care to the Azerbaijani students.

Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeki Toçoğlu, Sakarya Governor Huseyin Avni Coş and Vice-Rector of Sakarya University Prof. Dr. Musa Eken stressed that Azerbaijan and Turkey are eternal friends and brotherly countries, adding that they will continue to support Azerbaijani students.

During the meetings, a photo was taken and mutual gifts were presented.

Then the delegation participated in the event entitled “Independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan” organized by the Azerbaijan Students Community of Sakarya University. Besides the Index General Coordinator Elchin Aliyev, the Deputy of Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ganira Pashayeva and Education Advisor of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkey Najiba Nasibova, the Deputy Governor of Sakarya Nurettin Yucel, Vice Rector of Sakarya University Prof. Dr. Musa Eken, Professor Haluk Selvi from Sakarya University and Chairman of the Federation of Azerbaijan Associations of Turkey Bilal Dundar attended the event.

At first the event began with the singing of national anthems, and then Prof Dr Haluk Selvi made speech and said that he was very glad that this event was held at the Sakarya University, noting that Azerbaijan and Turkey are two countries with the same faith, speaking the same language and sharing the same pain.

The Education Advisor of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkey Najiba Nasibova said that Azerbaijan always aspired to freedom and that many countries were independent with the collapse of the USSR. However, unlike other countries, noting that the path of independence of the Azerbaijani people is very painful and hundreds of martyrs were killed on this path, Najiba Nasibova added she paid tribute to our martyrs with respect.

Speaking later, Elchin Aliyev, the General Coordinator of the Center for Human Capital Development of Azerbaijan, noted that it is very difficult and important to preserve it as well as to achieve independence, and noted that economic development is very important in protecting the independence of a people and stressed that Azerbaijan is moving forward in this way with strong steps.

At the end of the event, the participants were presented plaquettes and certificates.
